    All impala ss' have the lt1, unless it is a clone car. Check the 8th digit of the vin and make sure that it is a P.

    How do i install a gm aftermarket radio, and get past the radio code deal?

    The code is only for the factory radio. You dont need it since the stereo will be gone. Just make sure that you have the proper conversion harness for the car.
