i just activated my new blackberry bold 9700 at futureshop yesterday with rogers, and it can make/receive calls but cannot send or receive text messages, and BBM function and email and socila networking features are not working because their system is 'down'. is anyone else having the same problem?

did anyone just buy/activate a new phone with rogers today or yesterday and have problems? apparently their system isn't working right which makes activations take a while? I've had this phone for 24hrs now, and still can't do anything other than make/receive calls. No texting/social networking...
