Can you get around verizon's requirement of a data plan?
You have to know that the 10$ is not unlimited, what if your go over. Better off with just getting the unlimited plan. -

Yes you can and they allowed that, but because you are still under contract, they will make you ay the full price for the Blackberry, rund about 400$ or more depends. You are better off just buying one on Ebay used and then ask them to swap the phone for you.
