    could i sell a comic book in this condishion?

    im going through a box of comics, to sell the. some of them have this...white almost powdery mold esque substance on it. it can be brushed off (sorta) but where the mold was, there is still a little bit of white. my mom says they are fine, but im kinda iffy about it. so what would you do?
