    What is the accuracy of wii fit body test?

    I get on at night then i burn about 132 calories, i get up in the morning without breakfast and it says i lost about 3.58 lbs. Is this possible? Is wii fit accurate? i dont know if it matters but i weigh about 130 and im 5'3".
