Is mandatory can deposit recycling really just theft and not about the environment?
How is it theft? Putting a deposit on beverage containers gives people an incentive to return them. if there was no reward, why would anyone bother sorting them out from garbage or not just chuck them on the streets? if people can't be bothered to return their cans, then that's their problem...- Specimen
