i do - it is reasonable w/o contracts - anyone can have it - no roving fees - however i don't know how to do anything but call - they have phones that text and take pictures - call and ask them.
i think insurance changes drastically from state to state and even w/in the state.
any pre existing condition would be very costly. the country claims to be dealing with that - we will see.
until then get a drug card from walgreens or some other drug store - only take generics -t hey are...
