    My 97 Honda Civic DX won't Start?

    I've noticed the spark plugs have an orange spark, instead of a bright blue or white spark. So we got everything we needed for a tune up (rotor, distributor cap, spark plug and wires). It try's to start but won't turn over, the timing belt is correct as well.
