i got a 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo i put new axles on the front but when i engage into 4x4 it makes a noise coming from the front wheel like some metal dinging but i dont know where its coming from when i disengage it it stop plz help asap

more than likely there is a toggle switch for it you just have to look for it make sure your lights are not on bright they won't work if you have you regular lights on bright the switch might be on your blinker switch try pulling out on it that's where mine is
