ive been having it for a week. like 3 days ago the keyboard doesn't work i try to press space and it actually sends the message. i can only type with the touch keyboard but then whats the point of having a keyboard!! what should i do? do i go to tmobile? if yes what do i tell them? tmobile...

My sidekick slide froze! its been in sending message for an hour ! and i cant turn it off because since i dont have internet in the phone everything erases once it turns off !
