    Am I fit?I just did this in the gym....?

    on the treadmill i did a mile in 7 minutes, then 3 minutes rest, then did a mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, then 3 minutes rest, then did a mile in 6 minutes. at the end i was pretty much out of steam am i anywhere near a good level of fitness?
