I got a few friends i want to send emails to with some html, sorta like a webpage. What is the best program or way to edit or make an email so when they receive it it comes up with html and looks good?

If i had say 100 people and i sent them all the same email, doesnt standard email allow for HTML to be added? Although the person would have to click something and accept it to show as html or download photos or such and such. But if i send you an email, and i include html in there will it...
