I have a 87 Ford F150 V6 4.9L. The exhaust is dual but the catalytic converter goes from dual in to single out. Then for now it is just a straight pipe from there back to the front of the right rear tire. All piping is at 2".
1) My question is what will make it better but not cost a lot?

My oil pressure gauge works but not set in the right postion where it reads right. I reads and goes to the left past the Low mark. I think it needs to be recentered. What can I do to fix it?
I am looking for a list of things I need to check, change, or replace for a tune up on the truck. Everything I see will say check owners manual but do not have one. Please help me!!!
