I watched Noein and Tokko through their entire runs. It looks like Noein had some minor cuts for commercial time, maybe 30 seconds per episode. Tokko's cuts were mainly the removal of some of the show's most graphic violence; if there were time cuts on that show, they probably killed two birds...
