This morning i tried to put a passcode on my phone so none of my friends could steal my phone and text my contacts. Now it is asking for my "PUK" number and i have no idea what that is, it never asked me to set a passcode so now i dont know what to do. Can anybody help?

For my project I would like to have a volunteer swing their arm and i would plug their swing data into my computer program and it would tell them how many pins they would have knocked down if they were bowling. Does anybody have any ideas of how i could get the speed of their arm swing?
