sounds like the stereo headunit is out, $50 for a cheap aftermarket at walmart

however much for the monitor and then 2-$300 for labor(they will automatically hook it up to your truck speakers). it would be wiser to get a knowledgable guy friend to do it for $50-$100 bucks

your probably talking about the regulator. unless you have experience in working with cars, i'd probably be easier to take it to a window repair shop. expect to pay $150~
