I can't seem to delete the photos & attachments , i,ve tried deleting the messages in my mailbox & the photo & attachments view to the left side of my mailbox page hoping the photo would go away but there still there...Help

my ford trk a. c. started switching from blowing air out the dash vents to blowing out the defroster vents, it did it off and on for about 2 weeks now it just blows out the defroster vents, still cool but not right, any ideas ?
