    I'd like to be a GM at Jimmy John's, do they need GM's or are they usually run

    by the owner? I deliver for JJ's and am pursuing a hospitality degree, wondering if I could run a store or if there really aren't enough to go round as there are only about 1,000 stores.

    DO you work with a boss who chose a favorite and "they" never really work, they

    I know what you mean. It's really annoying when someone is hired after and then offered a higher salary. I have a coworker like this. This person talks on the cell phone and uses the internet for most of the day and does "light" work while I work my tail off. Sad part about it, my boss KNOWS this.
