Why would that scare you? You realize that HTC is a Chinese company albeit in Taiwan, Samsung make their phones with parts coming from their factory in China. The iPhone is made in China. Most laptops are made in China. Yes there are a lot of crap made in China but there are also high end...

Nice write-up. I'd like to attend one of those panels some day, it's pretty amazing how far writing for cartoons has come since the Hanna-Barbera days. Interesting to hear about the never produced projects as well.
