I'm not Canadian, but I think I have an answer. YTV is a must-carry network according to the CRTC, Canada's equivalent to the FCC. Cable operators must carry YTV on their lineups whereas Teletoon doesn't have that distinction. Now, somebody in Canada explain why there are two premium movie...
