So OT thinks McCain is > Obama?

You're goddamn right! It's a lot easier to just barf out a reply with a McCain fanboy sound bite than it is to download and read this: http://www.barackobama.com/pdf/ObamaBlueprintForChange.pdf Holy shit, you are the most informed OTer ever!

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia N97

....and I love it lol. I got work from 4-1030 but im trying to get everything in or atleast as much as I can now. I think the keyboard doesn't have much feedback but somehow I've gotten comfortable with it in less than 30 minutes. More like 30 seconds after I started using it. I'm going to try...

    A New TMNT Series?

That's what they're doing now. If you mean with the 2K3 art style, that's buried and gone. It ain't coming back. Surprisingly I think Playmates is okay on this one. Like has been said, they don't care what kind of show gets produced as long as they can get a decent toyline out of it. The show...

Why is Sideshow Bob so obssesed with killing Bart?

He's obsessed with him because Kelsey Grammer has a great voice and the writers want to keep bringing him back.

Shows that would have been more popular if they had come earlier/later?

I think the Critic might have done better if it had come a couple years later. As it was, it was released right at the height of the Simpsons' quality and popularity, and I think a lot of viewers just weren't ready for another adult-oriented animated sitcom without making a lot of unfair...

When you watch old cartoons, do you feel like you travel back to that era they aired?

This is me. I used to own a VHS copy of G.I. Joe: The Movie that I recorded off the USA Network when it originally aired back in, I think, 1987. I watched it again a few years ago and was blown away by the commercials. Beautifully animated toy ads for Transformers, Visionaries, Battle Beasts...

Toon Zone Talkback - Comedy Central Announces Return of "South Park," "Lil' Bush," & Futurama DTV Premiere

Why are they airing the Futurama movie on Sunday at 8:00? Isn't that a pretty competitive timeslot?

King of the Hill Talkback - "Pour Some Sugar on Kahn"

Haha, Kahn is probably more insecure than Bill to be honest. Loved the Pocky in the background of the asian grocery store, and that is always the one song people sing during karaoke for some reason.

    Favorite Red Bull Commercials?

I still laugh at the one where a line of cats drink Red Bull and go off after a flock of birds. The birds' reaction to flying cats was histerical. :)

Cameos and hints of the crew in animation

And then they proceed to earn back the budget by holding a car wash outside the studio.

Are there ANY (non-cable) channels playing weekday cartoons?

Where I live, I get a Fox station OTA. They show Liberty's Kids and Archie's Weird Mysteries weekdays at 2pm. Interestingly, that adds up to five hours, which is two more than the FCC requires. Way to go above and beyond... But yeah, unless the government repeals the ridiculous restrictions...

Rarest animated films you've seen / own

I own a very rare Mexican animated film from 1986 called Katy La Oruga (Katy the Caterpillar), which is something of a nostalgic gem for me. It's a childrens film about a cateripllar who ventures out into the world to discover her true self since she feels like she wants to me something "more"...

King of the Hill - "Serves Me Right for Giving General George S..." - Talkback [4/26]

Great episode. The part where Fatty's son puts on the boot and then salutes before stomping on hank's foot I found to be hilarious.
