i've stolen cabs but they've never asked for a cab mission... the cop cars have a menu where you can access the police computer, and allows you to do vigilante type missions. for civic duty fulfillment i have yet to find any hookers on gta 4 though

It was known as the RAZR from day one. In Asia itself. I had mine in 2005 when it'd just come out, and when I took it back to India they all said "Oh you've got the RAZR". Maybe it was branded differently? But it was always known as the RAZR.
