I completely understand that electronic devices ahve their issues, but the iPhone is pretty bad for a company whose tag line at one time was 'it just works'. After havign the first iPhone and getting 5 bars at home, it makes me wonder why the new 3G only has 1, and sometimes shows no service.

You currently have your email set up through Nokia Messaging and not a direct IMAP connection. The giveaway is the server name of messaging.nokia.com. If you want a direct connection to Gmail then you need to delete the account and setup a new Gmail account on your N86 and decline the offer...

You can get v21 via ota. It's a very small update, like 700k. I'm sure it just overwrites whatever files that were updated. Compared to the full firmware from suite where it's the whole thing. In the end it's the same. Definitely worth it as gps locks super fast, flash is fixed in the browser...
