They tend to support their flagships a couple of rounds at least. And the 5800 is by Nokia standards well supported.

It doesn't even work on FP2 S60V3 you have zero chance of it working on S60v5.

well i actually liked the n82. i really disliked the n95 keyboard. the point i was trying to make is that it looked like crap and tons of people complained. i did not order the n97, but the keyboard seems to be getting the same negative response.

On profiles/customize is option to turn off haptic.

$1000 is my budget. I'll probably have to end up ordering it online unfortunately tho simply because I'm under the assumption that SN Traders will have it first and they will charge something astronomical for it (Don't believe me, they are currently selling the N96 for $836CDN)
