I'd say the New Adventures of Lucky Luke. Sure, it came out in France about 2001, but it's recent to me. I just tracked down the DVD's on Amazon a week ago.

My main favorite animated DVDs are The Secret Saturdays volumes 1 and 2. I still love the show even though I know I will never see the rest of it on DVD. I know it's available on ITunes, but I would rather have physical DVDs.
