That's cause it is him as that critter, i noticed his iconic voice which is known to animation lovers and i saw that movie on NBC when it first aired. Yes he was Goofy and the voice of Ratty in Christmas Carol. There was also Uncle Gustus on The Littles as well.

They have to paid the producers, writers and others involved in the movie and that is handled by 20th Century Fox, that is one of reasons why FX had to pay.

There's definitely something about watching a show every day that's in a set schedule, as opposed to being able to watch it anytime you want to.
