This is kinda OT but when I first watched Saving Private Brian I was very disappointed seeing as I had seen a hilarious clip from the episode but it really wasnt that good.

The one thing I'm concerned about is doing both a TV show AND a movie series for both Dragon and KFP. If you're seriously telling a big story, then would the TV show and the movies have any continuity between each other? Would you be expected to know what's going on in one to follow the other...

Actually, as I understand it, Chuck Jones intentionally created Wile E. Coyote to subvert the traditional predator/prey dynamic in cartoons, by having the constantly failing predator be the one the audience sympathizes with. So the Coyote isn't actually a villain, he's just a very unlucky hero.

It's a tricky one - Aardman never really did anything as influential as Toy Story, but I'd say they're a little more versatile than Pixar. Their work in short films and advertising is pretty diverse.

The difference is that those shows don't have a premise most see as dumb and this show didn't actively differentiate itself from them. Why are you defending this show so much anyway?

it is ranked one of the top 50 toons. Many people think it is great. I am not sure about it, but it has a strange appeal. Was a student toon project, that somehow got wide coverage. And it really is ranked up with the very best. Just look at this list...

I agree ThierryHenry. What would it take for them to stay current on units. It would perhaps make them "cutting edge".:confused:

I didn't hate the show as a child, I actually enjoyed it quite a bit, but now that I look back at the show and I have seen a few episodes somewhat recently I can say that it definately didn't age well and the message behind the show is way to pushy and it comes across as a half an hour PSA at...

"The Fairly OddParents". The way I hear everyone talk about it, I thought it'd be another "Foster's" - a kids' show that has enough sophistication for adults to enjoy too. Turns out I was very very wrong. (But on the plus side, the show has inspired me to produce some pretty nice fan art.)
