Game froze & reset on me multiple times, error message was always your disc is dirty. Ejected the disc, saw a small smudge (less than 2-3mm) on the disc in the right light and rubbed it with my shirt. Put the disc in and played fine Sounds similar, as it would always crash/freeze at the same spot.

I don't have the USB cable with me right now to connect & check the product code on my phone using JAF or NSS. How can I see the product code on the phone itself? Don't tell me to look under the battery because that has the original NAM code.

Nah, I wouldn't worry about that. I'm sure it's either a bug or feature. Nokia probably figured if you don't touch the phone in a few hours, shut the screen off since you are probably sleeping. Upgrade to v20 and then check.
