Yeah, I remember one even older than Gertie the Dinosaur that started with an artist drawing on a blackboard and then the picture moved. IIRC, that's also the oldest surviving cartoon, so that's most likely the first one to break the fourth wall.

Cake and Horseland aren't about "healthy living" at all. Cake is a "how to" show that blends a weekly plot with how to make homemade crafts and stuff. Horseland is more or less the same as Sabrina (An overall plot that has a "moral" in each episode)

I think Saturday mornings have been dead, pretty much since broadcast networks didn't care anymore. I think it's been dead for years. It really started, when Pokemon was dying down in the early 2000's and by about 2005, it was obvious the networks weren't putting much effort into Saturday...

The T3 was made in, I think, 3 different places. Mexico, Taiwan, and Hungary and the early ones were all from Hungary and these had more problems then the other manufacturing locations. I'd say it was a QC issue and not a design flaw. I have one that was made in Taiwan that still going strong...
