    Ledger > *.Jokers

I think Nolan's Joker is more in tune with modern day incarnations of the character, taking stuff the killing joke, etc. Tim Burtons joker was a lot like early joker concepts and the joker from the adam west batman.

Family Guy - "Dog Gone" - Talkback [11/29]

I actually liked the episode... There was more violence than usual, but it had a point... And I liked the ending.

    Opinions on Nelvana animation

Well, I know of THREE things they've done, aside from Care Bears and Donkey Kong Country, as well as Beetlejuice - Sam & Max: Freelance Police, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, and the Backyardigans. I like DKC, Beetlejuice, and Sam & Max, personally. They're my all-time favorites, coming from...

TMNT: Back to the Sewer Talkback: Episode 7.11 City under Siege

Viral wasn't in that battlebot/practice dummy thing when she entered the time window and traveled through time. She was just a computer program within Serling. Viral/Cyber Shredder has only been basically a computer program in cyber-space up to this point in the season. So I'm gonna have to go...

    Characters Never Aging

Reminds me of a scene in Family Guy... can't remember when, but Peter once said to (forgot her name) "You've been pregnant for five years already! Are you going have the baby or what?"

Will we ever see serious openly gay / lesbian characters in western animation?

I know there are animes that do handle homosexual, though i can't really name names since i never really watched series. I think some of these series are romantic series that tend to appeal more to women. And others i haven't really gotten around to it... i think some titles i recall hearing...

"Star Wars: The Clone Wars" Feature Talkback (Spoilers)

I do have the terrible feeling that as soon as the series wraps up, her ultimate fate is going to be appearing as an old lady in one of the books, informing Luke of how awesome his father was. Much like how after the prequels ended R2 suddenly had recordings of all the key scenes in Episode III...

Why is it so rare for a cartoon to exceed 100 episodes?

A lot of animation's long-runners go on hiatus (Spongebob), are cancelled and then revived due to popular demand (Rugrats, Kim Possible, Family Guy), or are constantly revived through new incarnations (Scooby Doo, Transformers), so that should be taken into account. 52/65 episodes will make an...

    I Just Don't Understand

Ooh ho ho, Rugrats got more than weekend marathons. Maybe it wasn't reran as much as Spongebob but it got reran a lot. I wish it was that easy, all those adult-oriented cartoons have standalone episodes through and through. Because of the Animation Age Ghetto most adults think cartoons are...
