Mine just arrived. Does not power up also. I will plug it in for an hour. Awesome build quality on this phone. Probably one of the best build's I have ever felt in a handheld device. Solid, and yet not too heavy. It's like the Ferrari of phones.

Just sell it. S60v5 isn't fully optimized for touch yet that's true but I think they've taken some good strides with the N97. You guys are really good tho. It's hard to get me to keep a phone for a full year.

It lacks a lot of features that I take for granted, but its not a bad deal. I just never liked dealing with VM since I heard bad things, same with Cricket. My friends don't have a problem with it though, its not a bad deal at all, unlimited texting and whatnot.

I think the little wobble can help reduce the shock that the phone receives when it is dropped on the ground.
