Symbian, iPhone and Android in context

From http://cdn.mashable.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/iPhone_infographic.jpg Not the deepest comment on the smartphone wars, and don't expect any mind-blowing revelations, but this does paint a pretty accurate picture of who is winning what battles.

My iPhone is sold... Nexus One on its way....

Sold the 3Gs for the N97 last year,,,,never looked back. I did miss the "toy" effect so I bought an iTouch. As a singular device phone the iPhone was an epic fail. Especially needing iTunes to do anything and no battery to replace when needed. Looked at the Nexus but mo FM radio and no ATT 3G...

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia E71

I never got a chance to try the E61, but from my limited time with the E90 and longtime use of the 9300 (I swear that thing was made of depleted uranium, it's been through hell and back and works just as well as the day I got it) I'm quite looking forward to the release of the E71. I just wish...

Nokia 5800 XM NAM(850/1900): Reviews, Issues, Tips, Tricks & Support Thread!!

I wouldn't say they're quiet either... I'm just going off video reviews where people said its the loudest nokia yet and thats definitely not true at all. On a scale of 1-10, my n95 is a 9 in loudness, and the 5800 is a 7.

My iPhone is sold... Nexus One on its way....

Sorry, but is the back of the Nexus One not plastic?? Because the one on mine is. The screen is even plastic.... The Android app store has a pretty poor selection of quality apps and while they do share some of the same ones, the Android versions are often lacking features compared to their...

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia N86 8MP

N97 will most likely be priced at $700.00+ upon release. That's just too much coin IMO for a handset that has a 5MP camera, no Xenon, & a weak processor.

Rebellious Goth characters who got on your nervs..

This definitely is the case since said cancellation brought in new writers to replace the old, but Season Three also did a good job keeping Danny's maturity (a key staple of his character) as well as wrapping up most loose ends, but poor writing is still poor writing. The reasonably capable...

    Scheduling, what a mess!

You said it, dawg! :D I watch most cartoons through DVD these days, since the various TV networks tend to run the same shows over and over again. The only time I usually watch satellite TV these days are when new episodes of a show I like are airing.

Gotham Knight/Animatrix - good format for a TV series?

Don't see how any of the aforementioned works are incoherent. With a little ingenuity this things can be glued together pretty well (such as with S4C's Cantebury Tales, where the sequences forming the framing narrative were done by one studio, while the other studios handled the individual...
