    Has anyone ever gotten a false negative blood pregnancy test?

    Yes. My LMP was 7/16 and I went in for a blood test on 8/17 because I had not gotten my period and my hcg quant came back with a value of 1 miu/ml which means not pregnant.     Wow ok. I just did this... I have a regular dr and an ob... I just went to my regular dr on Monday and told him that I needed some time off due to stress and I wanted to go through the first trimester with no problem. He took me off work and told me to make an appt with my ob if i needed any...
