    Not possible. Your yearly financial aid package is split up by your school's academic sessions (2 semesters) and it cannot be transferred to pay any bill that is now owing. End of story.

    You won't be eligible for ANY Federal or State financial aid for 1 class, you MUST be at least half time to receive ANYTHING. And if you're getting Pell grant it is cut by half when you lower your credit hours to half time.

    Probably not. You might want to reconsider as out-of-state tuition is sky-high. You'll be eligible for the same Federal and State aid as you are in your current state through the Pell grant and Stafford loans.
