It's gonna be a long road for the party without the attorney. The judge will most likely appoint a law gaurdian for the child(ren) and may REQUIRE her to get an attorney (if she shows), but she would have a tough time without one. Hope I answered it for ya. Good luck! P.S. I'm not allowed to...

Go to your owners manual and find out where your transmission fluid dipstick is. ( probably near the rear of the engine) Checc to see if it is low. If so, fill it to recommended specs.
