Keep in mind that if you are using notepad, save it as a .html file after clicking "All files", otherwise it will still be saved as text. It helps to have an editor that will color your text (so you can understand your code better) rather than notepad.

I would just overwrite the image file, then, unless you made changes to the one on the site.
