if your motor is not turnig over its ot the fuel pump. the fuel pump only transfers fuel. is it clicking if so check battery and starter or solinoid on starter
i would get oil in it as soon as possible. runnin a car with low oil can burn a valve and damagecrank but it will be alright as long as u dont drive it to much
