    18 weeks pregnant iv starting going weird?

    hi im 18 weeks but last few weeks if im out and get hungry and don't eat i start to feel funny like my hands start shaking and legs feel like jelly. but as soon as i eat something about 10mins i feel find. should i be worried about this
