    Do all PC TV Tuners have the ability to tune into FM Radio?

    I am looking at buying a TV Tuner for my laptop, and have noticed some of them say they can tune into FM radio, but others don't. So I am wondering if all of them can tune into FM, but some just don't say they can. Thanks in advance.
