    There is no long term pilot shortage, there are still guys on the street from major US carriers as we speak. Therefore, there's no reason for the airlines to pay for the training when the prospective new hires will do it.

    It didn't take alot of justification, Pearl Harbor got everybody's attention about any oriental. Justified or not, it was done, the 442 (I think that's right) RCT proved otherwise. Nevertheless the war in the Pacific was vastly different than in Europe. Bushido is NOT chivalry.

    Don't have a single one for all my ratings, and there is no requirement for you to "carry it on your person at all times". You sure your roomie has a license?
