I have a 1990 Dodge W150.
My wiper's won't work intermittent(pulse). They work fine on low and high speed. Is this a wiper motor issue or is there a module/relay of some sort(if so a location for it)?

If you are able to turn down the adjuster that is the best option. Otherwise beat around the drum with a decent sized hammer. The Drums probably have ridges of rust on the inside catching on the shoe linings. If all else fails a scewdriver between the backing plate and the drum prying and...
