My 1991 Honda Accord did not want to start again.?
Can't be the fuel pump if it starts here and there. Sounds to me it could be a malfuncitoned power relay. Located on lower left under dash(driverside). When turning the ignition "ON" do you hear a click? If not then it's the power relay. You can turn the ignition "on" and "off" couple of... -

Was there any room for cheating? I am a bit paranoid reg. by Buick Repair?
You should always do a coolant flush every 30-50k miles. This routine maintenace is always overlooked. You just made your car alot/feel better in the long run. Yeah $100 is alot but don't be paranoid. Or you could of done it yourself to save money. Get a repair manual at your local...
