    What can i eat to get this amount of fat,carbs,and protein?

    I need to eat 40 protein 18 carbs and 18 fat so what should i eat? It doesn't have to be one thing..just like a meal and if it's off by a few grams that's ok but no more then 3 grams either way :) oh and it should work out to about 350-400 calories :)
