    I have a 3 month old dalmation puppy. He has recently suffered from meningitis and ever since he got back from the vet he wont stop whining. When he's chewing on a bone he's fine but when he's not he is constantly whining. please can anyone tell me why he is ALWAYS whining and how to stop it!!

    I downloaded flash player and fixed the settings to what the website said but...

    ...videos wont play on my computer? Regardless of what website i am on videos will not play. I have deleted the application and reloaded it like the website said several times it just wont work does anyone know what might work for me

    How do I make a black and white image of a rotor look like it is glowing in Photoshop?

    I have the images I want to use, I just don't know how to make a metal object look like it is so hot it is glowing or turning red, in black and white/gray scale.
