    My best friends boy friend having off mood swings?

    tell her she should brake up with him. He sounds like he's getting mentally abusive and that could turn physically. theyre really is no way to tell exactly why hes like this. He could be bi polar, have anger managment issues and so on. the safest thing for her though is for them to brake up.
