    Why don't some restaurants season meat before cooking?

    Had nicely cooked steak last night but it tasted as if it went straight from the butchers or supermarket, into the pan. It was the most tasteless piece of meat I have ever tasted. Matt - the meat had no taste. Which bit don't u understand.

    Theory test in 1 month, havent started looking at the books. What can i do?

    I tried taking the test online yesterday and scored 30 out of 50. I've been daringng since 1982. You can download the highway code free (do a google search). Loads of places on line that u can get help. Off u go right now!! Good luck whatever happens.
