hey. this will be my first bmx bike so i need one thats good for beginners. i want a light one thats at most 28 lbs. but unfrotunetly i have a VERY smal budget. I cant spend over $250 dollars. i dont want to but will spend 300 on it but please help. oh and mongooses suck so dont even tell me...
