I have a texting service that is an app on my iphone that lets me text my friend and for them to reply without me having a texting plan. Is there any way for me to make this app start when my iphone turns on (reboots), and stay on until I want to shut it off?

I have an xbox 360 headset (default) which had its foam pads (that actually makes contact with your ear) that ripped and now the plastic is pushed against my face which is annoying and can be a little painful. is there anywhere where i can buy new foam pads?
