    Don't worry, Johnthon and Melinda got eliminated.:( Melissa is my favorite, I hope she doesn't get sent home. The show was good last night and Chelsea Hightower (from SYTYCD) performed. Overall a good show.

    What are some very healthy, energy packed food for dancing?

    I want quick, healthy snacks that I can eat before and after dance class! I am open to any kind of fruit! Thanks! :)
