While it's not impossible to get waivers(though extremely iffy this soon after them), it's highly unlikely someone would want to give you the waivers for them. Especially the felony, but there are some shifty recruiters around that could be willing to help. Though I'd rather they not.

Just keep working out and dieting. If it turns into muscle on it's own, fine. Chances are they'll let you through as long as it isn't the first physical as you'll be fit to serve after BCT.
